The taste of sweet grilled corn gives much flavor to this tequila lime salsa recipe.

2 ounces of tequila

1 cup of grilled corn

1 avocado, diced

Juice of 3 limes

1/ 2 cup of diced plum tomatoes

¼ cup of red onions, diced

½ of a small jalapeno, diced seeds removed

2 tablespoons of fresh cilantro, chopped roughly

Sea salt or kosher salt to taste

In a mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Season with salt. Refridgerate for a minimum of thirty minutes prior to serving.
