ox tail soup

1.5/2lbs ox tail 3q beef stock 1c pot barley 1c diced onion 1/2c diced carrot 1/2c celery 1/2c green pepper salt and pepper to taste. put ox tail and stock in slow cooker on low for 24 hours remove bones add barley and vegetables. cook 12 hours more enjoy
