mustard sauce for smoked fish....trout, salmon etc.

2.table spoons grated parmesan cheese
2.table spoons of brown sugar
2.table spoons of spicy brown mustard
2.table spoons barbecue sauce of your choice
1.table spoon franks red hot(optional)
1/4 cup coca cola
Stir ingredients together in a small bowl mixing well. Move to a small sauce pan, on medium heat let simmer stirring often for 5-8 minutes. Pour into a bowl for dipping or over your cut of smoked salmon. Serves four as
a side dish or appetizer.
