Lemon Butter Sauce
This lemon butter sauce can be poured over grilled fish, shrimp or seafood.
2 sticks of unsalted butter Juice of 3 lemons 2 teaspoons of grated lemon zest 2 cloves of garlic, minced ½ teaspoon of salt 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce ½ teaspoon of kosher salt 2 tablespoons of fresh parsley, chopped
Over medium heat, place all the ingredients into a large saucepan. Cook until the butter melts. Bring the mixture to a low boil and cook for 2 minutes. Add the fresh chopped parsley and serve at once.
