Cookbook Reviews

If you’re anything like me when it comes to food, you probably have your collection of cookbooks you refer to often. My passion for cooking and collecting recipe books came from many years of curiosity of other ethnic cuisines. I have a complete stack lining my kitchen wall that I absolutely love to refer to time after time. You can imagine I have an eclectic mix. There is nothing like trying a new recipe which you get excited about especially when it turns out to be a dish you cook often.

What I look for in a good cookbook is how well the instructions are written and also the ease in preparation to prepare the dishes. I also look for some kind of variety in the recipes in a cookbook. Whether it is for a main course, side dish or vegetables.

As you probably know more and more people value opinions about products. This is where I come in. I will periodically be giving you my personal opinions on cookbooks that I actually prepare some of the recipes and I believe will benefit you when it comes to easy delicious cooking.
