Beef Saloona (Curry)

500 gm Beef cut into cubes with bones
3-4 onions finely chopped
2 medium potato cut into cubes
* Optional (Carrots, Eggplant, capsicum etc...)
3-4 tomatoes finely chopped in the food processor
2 green chili finely chopped
4 garlic gloves finally chopped
2 table spoon tomato paste
3 letter water
Salt/Black ground pepper/red Ground pepper/ground cumin seeds as per your taste
½ table spoon cumin seeds
4-5 black paper seeds
4 gloves seeds
2 cinnamon stick
4 cardamoms
In a deep sauce pan / casserole put the onions toped with the beef toped with the potato & put on a medium temperature cooker and add the cinnamon stick/black paper/ cardamoms/ gloves / cumin seeds and covered the lid till all the beef water had been absorbed. Then turn the meet several times till its color change to brown (fried with its own fat).
Then add the tomato/ tomato paste/garlic /greed chili/ salt and the remaining spice, (you can add also hot chili sauce if you like it spicy).. Turn the meet together with the spices then add the water, keep on a high heat till its boil and then reduce the heat and keep it from 1-2 hours on a low heat till the meet done and the soup becomes thick.
Note: incase of using * other extra vegetable add it before adding the tomato paste and mix together with the beef.
serve with white rice
