Hello Subscriber,

This is Chef Vanessa, the owner and writer of Ethnic Spicy Food &

I received your email address through my website where you signed up for monthly newsletters for recipes and food related content with various cuisines.

I have to confess, when I first started this website, it was something I created from strictly my passion for tasty and delicious food and bringing this content to share with internet users that would be easy to prepare at home. Because of a busy schedule, I unfortunately was not as focused on providing a newsletter for visitors to my website. But, this will be changing very soon for the better.

Fast forward many years later, I decided to do this professionally and I am now a chef, where I teach cooking classes live to audiences every week in my area.

Because you signed up originally at my website, I would like to know if you are still interested in hearing from me. My new focus is to create content regularly that is more “technique based” which shows you how to be a better cook which will be in my upcoming newsletters along with a new recipe to get you excited about trying a new dish!

I enjoy teaching people how to cook during live sessions. My plan is to also offer online cooking courses which will include more detailed instructions, including video and downloadable recipes so you can try immediately at your discretion.
